How to request deletion
We do not delete learner accounts automatically from this page. To close your account, send a request to the site administrator. Use the form below, or email the address shown.

In your email, include the name and email address on the account. If you are signed in, those fields are filled in for you.
What we delete
After the administrator confirms the request, we remove:
- Your name, email and hashed password
- Saved quiz attempts and answer reviews
- Subscription / plan records on the account
This cannot be undone. You will need a new account if you want to practise again later.
