Who we are
Fast Pass UK Test is an independent practice website for the UK car theory test and Life in the UK test. We are not the DVSA, the Home Office, or any government body.
Information we collect
When you create a learner account we store:
- Your name and email address
- A hashed password (we do not store your password in plain text)
- Your chosen plan and, where it applies, the date that plan expires
- Quiz attempts: the test taken, mode (practice or mock), score, time taken, and the answers you submitted so you can review them
If you only browse without signing in, we still use a session cookie so the site can work. Guest attempts may be saved without an account name.
Why we use it
We use this information to run your account, show your progress, unlock locked tests when you have an active paid plan, and mark practice and mock tests. We do not sell your details to third parties.
Payments
Plan access is recorded against your account. We do not store card numbers or bank details on this website.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts and icons from content delivery networks so pages can display correctly. Those providers may process technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering those files.
How long we keep it
Account and attempt records are kept while your account is active so you can return to your scores. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing the administrator from the delete account page.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To delete your account, send a request to the administrator email shown on the delete account page.
Security
We use industry-standard password hashing and restrict admin access to the question bank. No website can guarantee absolute security; keep your password private.
Children
This service is intended for people preparing for UK driving theory or Life in the UK tests. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
